UP2030's General Assembly in Zagreb
From October 15-17, we participated in the second UP2030 General Assembly in Zagreb (Croatia), where we led a workshop on exploitation as part of our activities for Task 6.3, with support from the Horizon Results Booster. This session was important to introduce the methodology for developing exploitation plans, and to define the Key Exploitable Results (KERs) for the next phase of the project.
Meeting in person gave us the chance to work directly with project partners to clarify next steps, define roles and ensure alignment of our work in relation to the different tools and project results as we enter the final year of UP2030. At this stage, it’s crucial that partners responsible for the KERs understand their roles and the importance of their work for the long-term impact of the project’s results.
It was also a great opportunity to share updates and exchange ideas about our tool, Storytelling for Participatory Exchange, which we have been developing over the last years and have now begun to test in urban spaces.
We’re excited to continue collaborating with our partners and helping to ensure the successful exploitation and sustainability of our key UP2030 results!
