Altogether, our ambition is to design and deliver capacity building and continuing education programmes to individuals, organisations and institutions; conduct research and promote knowledge transfer ; as well as offer advice and short-term #consultancyservices to government, non-government and international bodies worldwide.
In 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣3️⃣ the INSTITUTE achieved many other accomplishments throughout the year, all of which we are proud to share.
🌍 We kicked-off three European research projects: UP2030, DUST – Democratising jUst Sustainability Transitions, PLUS Change Project, and the Interreg project, DOWN TO EARTH.
🎆 we successfully completed the 5-year EU Horizon 2020 project, +CityxChange, and the Erasmus Plus project, WAVE.
🔔 we keep pushing our progress in two NbS projects: VARCITIES – Green Cities are Healthier Cities and JUSTNatureProject
🌐 we are developing technical assistance and capacity-building activities in Asia “Urban Climate Resilience and Natural Disaster Management” with the local partner Think City
🎉 we are going to start the new EU Horizon project – REGEN (REGENeration of neighbourhoods towards a low-carbon, inclusive and affordable built environment) next year!
